We hope that you enjoy all your CHIC STYLE DESIGN purchases! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a full refund for returns within 10 days following the date of receipt of your package. Beyond the 10 days period, the delivered products is held to be compliant and accepted by the buyer. Therefore, CHIC STYLE DESIGN reserves the right to refuse any reimbursement or exchange of product. Shipping fees for purchases are non-refundable.
CHIC STYLE DESIGN will reimburse the buyer the actual paid price, net of discounts applied to the total, including taxes and excluding shipping fees. The customer will be reimbursed via the same method of payment used for the order, within a period of 10 days following the reception of the customer returned item at the CHIC STYLE DESIGN online store.
It is important that you know that upon receipt, a quality control check will be performed on the returned jewelry. No used items or article that has been damaged by the customer will be accepted for exchange or refund. The jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn (except for fitting), unwashed, or merchandise must be defective.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
Please be sure to send the item in its original packaging and make sure that your parcel is securely packed. Also, include a copy of the invoice that you received by email, so we can process your request. You must use the return shipping label that we provided, along with your invoice. If you received a free gift with purchase, please make sure to include the gift with your return or its retail value will be deducted from your refund.
We are not responsible for lost return packages. You are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice, so we encourage you to add tracking and insurance to your package.
All refunds will be made using the same transactional method as the payment. You will receive an email notification when we process your return. Please take note that a purchase bought with a gift card will be refunded through a virtual gift card.
